Thank you for choosing Daringly Divorce & Date LLC. I’m honored to support you as you navigate this important chapter of your life. Before we begin working together, clients must read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined:

- Client understands that the coaching services provided by Daringly Divorce & Date LLC and Rhys Loring are designed to offer support, guidance, and encouragement related to divorce process & recovery, life rebuilding, and dating.

- Client acknowledges that Rhys Loring is not a licensed attorney, medical doctor, therapist, counselor, professional of the healing arts, or financial planner, and that the services provided are not a substitute for medical or other healing arts professional, legal, mental health, or financial advice.

- Client agrees that they are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions, and will consult with qualified professionals for advice on legal, medical, mental health, or financial matters as needed.

- Client understands and agrees that Daringly Divorce & Date LLC and Rhys Loring are not liable for any outcomes or consequences that result from their participation in coaching sessions or reliance on information shared during our work together. Client agrees to release and hold both harmless from any and all claims, suits and related damages including attorney’s fees and costs for any services they are provided.

- Client understands that all information I share during our sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without my written consent, unless required by law.

- Daringly Divorce & Date™ and the slogan “Empowering your journey. Igniting your future.” and associated logos are trademarks of Daringly Divorce & Date, LLC, protected under applicable U.S. and international trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
