Service Description
All services are required to be booked at least 24-hours in advance with the exception of Urgent Care Call. Bookings made with less than 24-hour's notice are subject to cancelation by Daringly Divorce & Date. If you wish to book with less than 24-hours notice, please utilize the Urgent Care service. Cancellation Policy
Effective June 1, 2025 1. Payment Terms a. Methods: We accept payments via Venmo, check, and cash. b. Timing: Full payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. c. Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days will incur a late fee of 10% per week on the outstanding balance. Future bookings will be forfeited until payments are settled in full. d. Currency: All prices & payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD). e. Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to all invoices as required by law. f. Non-Payment: If payment is not made in full, Daringly Divorce & Date LLC reserves the right to terminate services & pursue legal action if deemed necessary. 2. Cancellation Policy a. Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee at the discretion of Daringly Divorce & Date LLC. No shows without any cancelation communication to Daringly Divorce & Date LLC will be charged for the full service price. b. Business Cancellations: If Daringly Divorce & Date LLC must cancel a scheduled service, clients will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost. c. Refund Processing: Please note that all services are non-refundable. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 3. Modifications: If you need to reschedule or modify your booking, please contact us through our website at www.daringlydivorcedate.com at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on availability. 4. Non-Refundable Services: All services provided by Daringly Divorce & Date LLC are non-refundable. 5.
